DRIFA (Wanderer, thief)

Drifa is a renegade swords-woman and a guard, once a member of the Order of the Wayfarers, who accompanied the caravans between the city of Mhíl and Cecht. Nowadays she is sometimes seen in the company of the Black Men, but mostly she wanders the Thitorn Mountains alone. Her famed companion is the White Eagle, Fuwak, a magical creature that can take on a form so huge it is larger than two full-grown men.

BRIGITTE or Red Brigit or brül Brigitte Moorwem (knightess, paladine)

Brigitte is the swordswoman of the northern lord of the province, Erik the Bastard. She is attractive, charismatic and clever. Spy, knight, adventurer. Some know her by the pseudonym Ereni ri Medini, who murdered the pope of the Kingdom. Her mother is Mette Moorwem, a knightess of the Order of the “Knights of the Holy Sword”, one of the few to be admitted to the male-dominated warrior order of halconitan knights. She is a follower of Halcon Anvar, the god of the Kingdom. Her mysterious quests typically call her to the northern provinces, but she occasionally appears in Black Coast, more recently without disguise as a knightess. Her twin sister is Briggi, the Mad (in the Land of the Sand Kings).
